At Welotec, we stand behind the quality of our industrial electronics and offer a streamlined return process for products that do not meet your technical requirements. Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the equipment is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Request an RMA Number

  Contact our technical support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order details.

• 2.
  Package Your Hardware

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our designated regional service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
